Hi, I’m Dottie, a North London based Personal Trainer dedicated to coaching and helping you take control of your health, fitness and wellbeing.
My passion for fitness began at a young age when I first pulled on a pair of dance shoes, although I loved the artistry and discipline behind the routines when I reached the age 21 I realised the lifestyle wasn’t for me. The fitness industry offered me a much healthier outlet for my energy and coaching felt like a natural path to take. Put simply, I love to see the change in my clients and take them on the journey to reach their goals. This enthusiasm is something I bring with me each and every time I coach.
Working in the industry for over 3 years, I have gained more knowledge and experience than ever expected. It isn’t just training, it’s coaching, battling life’s obstacles and uncontrollable external factors and helping clients learn how to deal with them. Making smaller life changes, altering habits and curbing bad traits to achieve goals both short and long term.
