Personalised monthly programmes with video tutorials to match will guide you through to reach your goal. Also included is a weekly skype/facetime session booked in around your schedule to catch up on how the week has been, what downfalls you may have had and why, adaptations to any obstacles you may have faced and a general check in to make sure you're heading in the right direction. Nutrition advice will also be provided with gradual lifestyle changes suggested based around your dietary requirements and needs.
